A one-day series of talks and workshops from world-leading experts
Learn more about ADHD and the unique ways women experience it from experts in the field at this groundbreaking UK conference.
Some studies report that for every 10 boys diagnosed with ADHD, there is only 1 girl. While men are more commonly diagnosed as children, misconceptions about ADHD and how it presents have led to a recent increase in women being diagnosed as adults, often after being misdiagnosed in the past.
While the NHS and other support systems are unable to cope with increased diagnoses, The ADHD & Women Summit aims to increase awareness and knowledge on the specific issues women face with ADHD.
By attending this event you will be entering a safe space of like minded individuals, having the opportunity to learn from world-leading ADHD experts and getting answers to the questions you’ve always had.
👭 Connect and network with like minded people
🧬 Learn practical tips on how to manage life with ADHD
🎓 Meet and learn from industry experts
👩🏫 A full day of talks and Q&As
Talks and workshops include:
- The Science of ADHD & Women
- Exploring Diagnosis, Treatment & Coaching
- ADHD & Sleep
- ADHD & Breathwork Workshop
Plus more to be announced.
This event is specifically designed with people with ADHD in mind, so you can be assured to be entering a caring and engaging environment. As well as being an informative conference, we will also give plenty of opportunities for attendees to socialise and share experiences with each other. We aim to create an uplifting and liberating community who have been previously misunderstood.
Doors open at 9:15am, talks start at 10am.

Seed Talks Testimonials
⭐ Brilliant well paced talks for us ND folks. – Christine K
⭐ As someone who was recently diagnosed with ADHD I’ve attended several talks, particularly around women with ADHD. The speakers are brimming with knowledge – not just experts but leading researchers in their field. Seed Talks finds the best of the best, who not only make the sessions informative but super fun too, which is clear in how engaged everyone is in both the in-person and online talks – no small task. – Liv H
⭐ A HUGE thank you for the AMAZING workshop on ADHD. It is so professionally done. Concise information. Presentation was brilliant. I’m so incredibly grateful that I have happened upon SeedTalks. I definitely want to look into attending more workshops. – Hannelie P
