Katie will guide you to embody different energies for the purposes of healing and remembering your power.

“Shamanic Tantra” is a term Katie uses to summarise her unique offering.

She combines what she has experienced to be the most potent techniques to create a transformative class for all attendees.

Katie also allows the class to be guided by the energies she works with including:
– Tantric deities.
– Nature and ancestral spirits.
– Laughter, love, and lust.

In Katie’s classes, you will connect with these energies through techniques including:
– Mantra, singing, sounding, prayer, ritual.
– Dance, shaking, stretching, asana, mudra.
– Pranayama, breathwork, visualisation, yoga nidra, story-telling, drumming.

Katie would love to welcome you to Shamanic Tantra classes at About Balance every Tuesday 10-11:15am!

Class Prices 

Studio classes

45-60min:  £11 drop in / £6 for Karma Card members

75-90min: £12 drop in /  £7 for Karma Card members

Virtual classes

45-60 min: £10 drop in / £5 for  Karma card members

75-90 min: £10 drop in / £6 for Karma card members

Please note we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Kindly inform the studio if you cannot make the class prior to 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations after this will be charged.
