Ruddock’s Om
Ruddock’s Om are a 9-piece Dub Fusion collective who have come together to explore and find a means of expressionism through their music. Paying homage to whom most people refer to as the innovator and creator of Dub “King Tubby”; Ruddock’s Om are named after King himself- Osbourne Ruddock.
Founded in early 2018, the band have been working on their original material, defining and developing their musical direction. Experimenting and exploring different genres, they create a journey that is unique to every individual. Each band member comes from a diverse background of music. Influences include Hip-Hop, World Music, Blues, Jazz, Reggae, Drum n Bass, Funk, Latin.
In February 2019, Ruddock’s Om are hosting their official launch at Green Door Store, hoping to capture all lovers of heavy bassline rhythms and euphoric melodies.
SOUNDITIONS
Sounditions are a 5 piece ambient-world dub band featuring melodic deep bass grooves with percussion sounds from around the world, mystical vocal stylings and ambient trance loops.
BATTUTA’S RETURN
Instrumental trio playing a fusion of jazz, funk, reggae and electronica. Improvised, groove oriented music from Brighton, UK.
