A night of Roots, Dub and Steppa at the Brighton Electric featuring some of Brighton’s finests and the opportunity for the upcomers to play
A night of Roots, Dub and Steppa at the Brighton Electric featuring some of Brighton’s finests and the opportunity for the upcomers to play on the open decks from 7pm to 9pm.
This event will be played on Brighton’s Electric PA however we will bring a traditional Reggae preamp, some FX and dub sirens to give it a sound system flavour.

ROAR SELEKTA
An unmissable figure in the UK sound system scene. When he’s not spreading his positive energy on the dancefloor, he is usually behind the decks, playing a heavy selection like a roaring lion.
JAH KINGDOM
Inspired from an early age by the pioneers of the UK Reggae Dub scene and his involvement in sound system, Jah Kingdom extracts the Dubs from the depths of his thoughts. He is a talented producer (https://jahkingdom.bandcamp.com/) and an inspirational selector.
DENDE SOUND
Dende Sound is a lovingly crafted, custom-built rig inspired by a long tradition of Jamaican and UK Sound Systems and is an active player on the Roots scene. Bambaman will represent as Edi Yoyo is setting up and developing the sound system in Gambia.
