Join this happiness workshop and learn all about the science of how to be happier. In the workshops, participants will discover and discuss various keys to greater life-satisfaction, fulfilment and inner peace. Through guided discussion and gently playful activities, the workshop will look at different philosophies and studies in human behaviour and neuroscience that can allow us to effectively make positive changes and boost mental-health, wellbeing and a love of life. All in a friendly and sociable atmosphere.

About your teacher: Tom Veryzer recently completed a 5-year research project culminating in a performance on the topic of happiness in the Brighton Fringe Festival. His background in the playful art of clowning and theatrical improvisation spans over a decade. He now lectures in happiness, teaches students from all over the world and performs at festivals and theatres for adults and children nationally.
