Brighton bred Kate-Lois Elliott is a comedian, performer and writer, whose sketches were recently nominated for the Writers’ Guild Awards 2022 for best online comedy and the Funny Women Content Creator Award 2021.

This work-in-progress comedy show takes you on an exploration of finding your purpose in a world that’s a little bit on fire… Gentrif*cked is a 45-minute journey through village life, millennial existential crises and… cults (?)! All the while, Kate manages to ask life’s much bigger questions: What does it mean to want to leave your mark on the world? Does it even matter if we’re all going to die anyway? And maybe, just maybe, we’d all be better off joining a commune…?
