Brighton People’s Theatre has a new show, Born and Bread, all about home, belonging, and identity.
In March 2022 they listened to stories about food from over 100 people across Brighton.
From Bangkok to Bevendean. Whitehawk to Mexico City. The stories painted a picture of the City from a perspective never seen before. A love-letter to the past. A challenge to the future. Revealing who we are today.
Come together in the community kitchen and join an ensemble of performers from across the City for Born and Bread; a portrait of the City told through (mostly) true stories about food.
