Perfect for fans of anthemic rock / pop, it’s a banger of a track to sing along to – and with a chorus so catchy you’ll still be rocking along to it hours later, singing into your fish-slice mic whilst you’re unloading the dishwasher!
A brand new record delivered with the full force of energy that fans have come to expect from this Brighton-based foursome, the band have been garnering support first online and now live with their high-energy stage performances and raw, powerful vocals from frontman South African Ashley Carr.
This new single shows off a tight band, with Giles Dawkes on bass and Steve Mitchell on guitar leading the listener through the story with artful melody as Carr gives voice to the tale of The Goddess. Jan Bem on drums thunders in with the chorus as the track switches up from twanging strings over the gentle wail of the bass as the scene is set and the story builds, into a head-banging chorus, with ear-worm lyrics and even catchier riffs you won’t resist humming along to long after you’ve stopped listening!
This is rock music you can dance to – a brilliant track and exciting indication of what’s on offer on their new EP “Encounters” – check it out below and follow the band for more on upcoming releases and live shows….
