 r combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can prepare a typic
 al homestyle south Indian meal in Brighton.\n\nYou will work in pairs to p
 repare a typical menu including dishes such as: aubergine bhajis with beet
 root chutney\, Keralan vegetable stew\, spinach dhal\, lemon rice\, masala
