 ow and join us for a hour slot as part of our 12-hour continuous swim rela
 y\, taking place from 7pm to 7am.\n\nTake on the whole hour yourself or si
 gn up with a team and split the hour up! You can either swim for a whole h
 our yourself or split the hour up with others. If you’re doing it as a t
 eam\, you can split the time up equally or you can swap over whenever you 
 want within the hour\, it’s completely up to you.\n\nIt doesn’t matter
  what speed you do or what distance you cover\, we just want you to get in
 volved. If you raise £100\, this could fund a 6-week sea swimming course 
 for a teenager with long-term health conditions.\n\nDon’t miss this rare
  opportunity of an overnight swim at the fabulous Sea Lanes and help babie
 s\, children and young people in your local community.
