 what's bursting onto the scene in our favourite part of the world! With Id
 entification tips\, rules for harvesting and an awesome day out!\n\nWe wil
 l be looking at Wild Herbs\, Flowers\, Alliums (including Wild Garlic)\, W
 inter Fungi and more!\n\nFollow your guide around Stanmer Park nature rese
 rve\, learn how to sustainable and responsibly harvest wild Food.\n\nIt wi
 ll include a moderate walk\, where you can see how we use nature to improv
 e our diet\, health and life!\n\nWe will finish at the Urban Forage Worksh
 op\, where you can expect to be wowed with a cooking demo using some of th
 e ingredients from the walk with a light supper!\n\nExpect hand-outs\, For
