 or 15 years\, has an excellent fine dining background\, has held 3 rosette
 s himself and been the right hand man for two different Michelin star chef
 s for a number of years. Now wanting to carve a path for himself in Sussex
 . Sam’s passion for modern\, seasonal food\, keen eye for detail and fla
 ir for creativity make him the perfect chef to start off what's set to bec
 ome recurring evenings bringing different chefs to Tern.
