DESCRIPTION:The 5.30 team is back to Brighton to make Run 5.30 the biggest 
 &amp\; best one yet...!\n&nbsp\;\nThe date is set for Friday 19th July and
  online registrations are now open on run530.com.\n&nbsp\;\nEveryone inter
 ested in taking part can enjoy an exclusive EARLY BIRD offer until the 28t
 h of February. Entry includes the iconic 5.30 t-shirt\, 5.30 medal\, 5.30 
 sticker\, fresh organic breakfast and event pictures.\n&nbsp\;\nRunners\, 
 joggers\, walkers and everyone who feels to join a very inclusive communit
 y event to start the day in the best possible way is welcome. No particula
 r ability is required apart from getting out of bed when the city is still
  asleep : )\n&nbsp\;\nAs in the previous two years\, participants will enj
 oy closed roads in the Lanes and will pass triumphantly through the Royal 
 Pavilion gardens to the finish. After collecting the medal\, everyone will
  enjoy a locally sourced breakfast with delicious fresh fruits and organic
  drinks.\n&nbsp\;\nRockinghorse will be the event charity partner again th
 is year. Everything that Run 5.30 donate to Rockinghorse and anything part
 icipants raise will be going to The Rockinghorse Activities Programme at C
 halkhill Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit in Haywards Heath as we b
 elieve in giving opportunities to young people who deserve them.\n&nbsp\;\
