DESCRIPTION:Join yoga teacher Eve Crawshaw and pianist Luke Congdon for 90-
 minutes of yoga accompanied by live improvised piano.\n\nThis immersive se
 ssion will weave together breath\, movement and sound\, creating a space w
 here music and practice evolve as one. Luke brings over 20 years of playin
 g experience\, responding to the unfolding practice to create a live sound
 scape that develops alongside its participants. Expect a slow\, mindful an
 d embodied practice inspired by both Hatha and Vinyasa traditions with an 
 extended shavasana.\n\nMeet the facilitators:\n\nLuke holds a dipABRSM wit
 h distinction in piano performance\, and regularly performs across the UK.
  He has taught classical and jazz piano from beginner to advanced level fo
 r over 7 years.\n\nEve's teaching is shaped by a love of mindful movement\
 , philosophy and embodied practice. Alongside her yoga training\, her acad
 emic background has explored embodiment and our relationship with the mate
 rial world\, informing a practice that invites curiosity\, presence and a 
 deeper awareness of how we inhabit our bodies.\n\nOpen to all levels of ex
