 \n\n\nRelaxation Life Drawing LIVE at the Black Dove\n\n7:30pm - 9:30pm - 
 Every Wednesday (18 + as in a bar)\n\n5-7pm - Every Sunday 14 + welcome\n\
 nRelax and draw\n\nAll abilities welcome. Perhaps you want to continue you
 r practice or try something new\, here's your chance to jump in at which e
 ver point you are.\n\nInspiring\, creative\, relaxing space to unwind afte
 r your day\, a mid week break.\n\nMixture of short and long dynamic poses\
 n\nTypical evening will start with 3 x 5 min poses\, followed by 2 x 20 mi
 n poses - a break - then 30 - 40 mins\, ending with some short 1-5 min pos
 es.\n\nLetgo Life Drawing promotes the freedom of drawing - a natural way 
 of practising mindfulness.\n\nBy drawing you've focused you attention on t
 he present moment.\n\nLetgo Life Drawing originated at the Black Dove and 
 has been running every Wednesday since feb 2014 plus at other events acros
 s Sussex and beyond including bespoke party's.\n\nNovice\, new comer and o
 ld hands from all walks of life are welcomed to a relaxed and inspiring en
 vironment to draw freely at your own pace.\n\nDevelop new techniques or re
 lax in the moment and the mark making. Forget about everything else for a
