 nMovement &amp\; the Imagination: age positive movement\nJoin us in these 
 playful and explorative movement classes\, using our bodies as our guides.
  Through gentle warm-up exercises suitable for all abilities\, we’ll wor
 k with imagination and visualisation techniques to discover a sense of fun
  and freedom in movement.\n\nSuggested age 55+.\n\nAge Positive Stage Acti
 ng Workshop\nAll the world’s a stage and it’s never too late to be a p
 layer! Acting is a great way to boost confidence and memory while building
  connections over shared experiences. Join us to have fun and learn theatr
 e skills\, whether you’re new to acting or want to rediscover your love 
 for it. Come along and find your creative self-expression through improvis
 ation\, character creation\, poetry\, clowning\, dialogue\, text\, and sto
 rytelling. Suggested age 55+.\n\nThe Sound of Musicals: introduction to mu
 sical theatre\nDiscover the enchanting world of musical theatre\, explore 
 its history and essence\, and develop new skills. Join us for an exciting 
 journey into the magic of musicals\, learning a musical theatre song and b
 asic movement routine along the way!\n\nThe first will be Joseph and His A
 mazing Dreamcoat Megamix.\n\nSinging Mamas &amp\; Papas\nBring your baby a
 long and connect with other local vocals through singing! Whether you’re
  a professional wanting to fine tune or a newbie wanting to find your voic
 e\, Hannah will lead you through vocal warm-ups and ensemble singing using
  modern music\, musical theatre\, classical\, and folk. No singing experie
 nce is necessary and no need to book a babysitter because baby comes too. 
 There will also be some fun storytime\, as well as time for tea\, chats an
 d babyccinos. Ideal for those with babies up to the age of 2.\n\nTrue Stor
 y: in your own words\nExplore how documentary and verbatim theatre techniq
 ues can be used as storytelling tools. Devise a monologue based on recorde
 d interviews\, learn the basics of screen acting and “pocket” filmmaki
 ng\, and then collaborate to make a short film\, all shot on your own phon
 e!\n\nFinding Your Voice: speaking well in public\nFree your voice\, find 
 your creativity\, grow your confidence – all through the power of your o
 wn voice. In these workshops we’ll address the tensions\, inhibitions\, 
 and habits that can diminish or even distort our natural voices. These pra
 ctical sessions will help you develop the skills and confidence to use you
 r voice safely\, freely and creatively\, both in performance and everyday 
 life.
