DESCRIPTION:House of Disco Pride event for new city pub run by Brighton cha
 rity\n\nWe're excited to be holding our first Pride party with a special m
 enu\, cocktails and all-day disco open to all and all proceeds to go towar
 ds our charity Team Domenica.\n\nThe North Star pub is our flagship venue 
 run by charity Team Domenica\, which equips young people with learning dis
 abilities and autism with the skills they need to gain meaningful employme
 nt. All proceeds from the pub support the work of the charity.\n\nJust yar
 ds from the Pride parade route\, The North Star is an easy step away for p
 articipants and spectators to enjoy a break or relax after the main event.
  Enjoy our delicious Pride menu\, including takeaway burgers and wraps\, w
 hile helping to support Team Domenica's work.\n\nSoak up the Pride atmosph
 ere throughout the day on the pub's outdoor terrace\, with entertainment h
 osted by House of Disco. DJs Nick T and NJ Strange will provide a soundtra
 ck of disco classics\, house\, nu-disco and funk from 1pm to 9pm.\n\nWe've
  also created three unique Pride cocktails for the event. Named after LGBT
 Qi+ activists\, they are The Sophie\, who was a groundbreaking Scottish mu
 sic producer\, singer\, and transgender icon\, The Lady Phyll\, a British 
 political activist known for her work for racial\, gender and LGBTQi+ equa
 lity and The PTR after Patrick Trevor-Roper\, a surgeon\, gay activist and
  one of the founders of the Terence Higgins Trust.\n\nWheelchair accessibl
 e\, open to all\, dog friendly and family friendly - come and enjoy Pride 
 with us.
