 ushi. This is a great chance to learn a range of contemporary Japanese rec
 ipes with Jethro Carr\, founder of pop-up cookery school Kitchen Academy.\
 n\nJethro will help you get to grips with the bamboo mats and roll your wa
 y to sushi success. You will work in pairs but everyone will try their han
 ds at (and get to taste and take home): Sumeshi (vinegared rice)\, Norima
 ki (simple rolled sushi)\, Gunkanmaki (battleship rolls)\, Uramaki (insi
 de out rolls)\, Temaki (hand rolls) and inari (sushi rice in seasoned tofu
