  day.\nWe all can be guilty of working long hours and skipping our breaks 
 during the working day. So\, Hove’s award-winning health and wellbeing c
 entre\, The Float Spa\, is challenging you to spend 30 minutes away from
  your desk in front of the beautiful Royal Pavilion for some gentle yoga\,
  breathing and meditation.\nNot only will it ensure you take that well-des
 erved lunch break\, the 30-minute session will help you regain perspective
 \, refocus your mind\, relieve any stresses from the morning and leave you
  focused for a productive afternoon ahead.\nThe session is suitable for se
