DESCRIPTION:A Day of Drawing Performances &amp\; Workshops\, by Draw to Per
 form\nSunday 27 October 2019\, 10:00-19:00. Exeter Street Hall\, Brighton\
 , UK.\nDraw to Perform invites you to a day of live drawing performances a
 nd workshops by local and international artists. Drawing performance is a 
 stream of performance art in which artists create their artwork in front o
 f a live audience while communicating with the viewers. Mark making in dra
 wing performance is often a result of powerful physical gesture and body m
 ovement connects elements of line\, movement\, space and time.\nWe invite 
 all art lovers\, drawing fans and students to attend this event\, to follo
 w the Draw to Perform and to participate in the discussion.\nThe upcoming 
 workshop session by Draw to Perform will include three bookable workshops\
 , provided by artists\, dancers\, and performers. The workshops will explo
 re drawing performance and strategies for forming a dialog between drawing
 \, sound\, dance\, process and performance. Participants will draw live\, 
 share and discuss their outcomes and ideas. Workshops will target differen
 t groups and issues in drawing and performance and will allow the general 
 public the opportunity to experience an art form first hand\, work with an
 d be tutored by some of the leading artists in their field.\nAll drawing m
 aterials will be provided\, but please do feel free to also bring your own
  materials.\nAll of the workshops are suitable for all ages and do not req
 uire prior drawing experience. Participation of children (8+) is encourage
 d and this could be a wonderful whole-family experience of creativity and 
 fun.\n\n&nbsp\;
