Cocktail making has never been more popular so whether you’re inspired by Tom Cruise, Made in Chelsea (or even from watching a proper mixologist at work), it’s easy to learn the basics and a few tricks of the trade with our lovely bartenders at Brighton Rocks.
From the classic cocktails to the more elaborate ones, come and learn everything you need to know! Begin the course with a welcome drink on arrival, and enjoy two additional cocktails (made by us and you!) There is normally a cheeky shot made up as well. Something fruity is a favourite.
Our experienced cocktail bartenders will guide you through each stage in the process of making a cocktail during which there’s plenty of boozy fun and a little history lesson thrown in for good measure. We have a huge cocktail list to choose from. You choose your favourite drinks and together we’ll bring it to life.
