 erformers.Meet Heather Urquhart and Jules Munns\, the founders of AndAlso 
 Improv. They’ve spent almost twenty years teaching and performing across
  the world from the West End to the National Theatre of Malawi\, all start
 ing from Brighton’s very own Komedia.Their work treats improvisation as 
 both performance and self-improvement\, teaching the power and delight of 
 cooperation and self-compassion in an individualistic world.This Spring\, 
 AndAlso is opening their own theatre and training space just a few hundred
  yards from Bill’s. So\, say ‘yes and’ to February’s Chamber Break

 ther to meet\, eat and network on the fourth Friday of each month*.There i
 s a wide range of people who attend from all sectors and all sizes. From s
 ole traders and start-ups to some of the biggest businesses in the city.Ea
 ch month there is a guest speaker\, who'll talk about their own experience
 s of running a business and their own personal journey.What you can expect

 eaker\, who'll talk us through their personal and business story\, the hig

 thing like us\, you’ll want to know what’s on the menu in advance. You

 - Fried free-range eggs\, Cumberland sausage\, smoked streaky bacon\, roas
 ted plum tomatoes\, mushrooms and toast (gluten-free available).Cooked veg
 etarian - Poached free-range eggs\, halloumi\, roasted plum tomato\, charr
 ed red peppers\, smashed avocado\, hollandaise\, pea shoots\, mixed seeds 
 and toast (gluten-free available).Cooked vegan - Toasted sourdough with hu
 mmus\, smashed avocado\, spinach\, roasted plum tomatoes\, mushrooms and m
 ixed seeds (gluten-free available).Oat porridge - Coconut and oat porridge
