DESCRIPTION:If you’re unfamiliar with bao\, think Taiwanese burgers - get

 this session you will learn all you need to know about creating the most p
 erfect\, soft pillowy bao. Your chef Jethro will demonstrate how to make t
 he dough before proving and shaping it. You will work in pairs but everyon
 e will learn techniques to make a range of bao shapes\, such as the Japane
 se hirata bao (the sandwich)\, filled bao and the traditional Chinese snow
 ball and create a choice of fillings to suit all tastes.\n\nExpect to be f
 ully hooked on these fluffy\, super-tasty on-trend treats by the end of th
