 ines to a deep soul-jazz feel\, the guitarists explore Green’s wide expr
 essive range\, supported by a tight\, swinging rhythm section that deliver
 s the infectious groove and momentum that made his recordings so compellin
 g.\n\nGrant Green was a leading jazz guitarist known for his soulful\, blu
 es and bop-infused sound. Rising to prominence in the 1960s\, he recorded 
 extensively with Blue Note Records and helped shape hard bop and soul jazz
 . His distinctive tone and deep sense of groove continue to influence guit
 arists around the world.\n\nJason Henson is an experienced guitarist who h
 as performed with leading jazz artists\, including Joe Lee Wilson\, Bobby 
 Wellins\, Alan Barnes\, and Jim Mullen. He has appeared at major jazz fest
 ivals and clubs\, as well as on BBC broadcasts\, and has toured internatio
 nally. His playing draws on influences such as Django Reinhardt\, Wes Mont
 gomery\, and Grant Green.\n\nPaul Burke is an Australian guitarist based i
 n Brighton who trained in Melbourne. After touring extensively around Aust
 ralia with a range of artists\, he has developed a versatile\, high-energy
  style spanning funk\, fusion\, jazz\, and rock. He now leads his own trio
  in Brighton while continuing to work on a variety of other projects.\n\nL
 ionel Philippe is known for his expressive\, groove-led style rooted in bl
 ues\, funk\, and jazz. He is a regular performer on the local music scene\
 , including with Gogoville\, and brings a distinctive sound to every perfo
