Causing a storm on the festival circuit this year all across the globe, these busy bees have also released two full-lengths, both well received. Universally considered to be amongst the most exciting acts on the contemporary folk scene today, the Scottish trio Kris Drever (guitar/vocals), Martin Green (Accordian) and Aidan O’Rourke (fiddle) won ‘Best Group’ at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards every year from ‘08 to ‘10.
