Carnival Fundraiser, Brighon Ballrooms, February 10, 8 ‘il late!
Back after a few years off, a new community board are re-launching Brighon’s famous Kemptown Carnival!
In previous years this local event has attracted over 10,000 party-goers, and this year the plan is more of the same. We have heard word of street parties, two hundred stalls with goodies from all of our favourite independent Brighton stores and businesses, and loads of fun activities. We hear there will be multiple stages, a top line up, choirs, dance groups, an entire army of street performers, a childrens area with creative workshops and entertainers, a climbing tower, fairground rides, an art fair, a book fair, a community market, graffiti workshops, breakdancing, morris dancers, punch and judy and sooo much more!
It’s a community event and to help with raising funds, we’re all being invited out for the night
(All in the name of a worthy cause!)
