One-time owners of Brighton favourite vegetarian venue Food For Friends, Jane and Ramin Mostowfi have shared news of their new and exciting eatery “Kindling” – a sustainable restaurant at 69 East Street.
Serving food that’s kind to the soul and the environment, including plant-based cuisine, ethical meat and sustainable fish, their mantra at the restaurant is “Good food, done well” – created with care and enriched by fire.
